This is an appeal from an order overruling defendant's plea of privilege. Plaintiffs are Mackie Lee McCullough, Hager H. McCullough, and Reba McCullough. Defendant is Brazos Electric Power Cooperative, Inc. Plaintiffs filed this suit in Robertson County.
