This case is now before the Court on plaintiff's motion for a preliminary injunction. Plaintiff brought this suit pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 1983 claiming that defendants' regulations which prohibit his political activities violate his constitutional rights.1 A short hearing was held on this motion on June 5, 1980.
