For the third time the employee, Henry Coty, is before this court as an appellant in a workers' compensation case resulting from a 1973 injury to his leg. In its most recent decree, the Workers' Compensation Commission denied the employee's petition seeking further compensation for two periods covering most of 1975. Since we conclude that the commissioner's response to counsel's request for findings of fact was inadequate to justify his decision...
