Lorraine Sheink (the employee) has appealed from a judgment of the Superior Court (Androscoggin County) affirming the Employment Security Commission's decision that denied her unemployment benefits from December 31, 1978 until she had earned $344.00. The Commission concluded that the employee had been discharged from her job for misconduct and was therefore temporarily disqualified from receiving unemployment...
