OPINION

FOX, Senior District Judge.

This is an action pursuant to Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964. The plaintiffs are women employees of Bendix who allege that Bendix unlawfully discriminated against them, on the basis of their sex, in its overtime policies. Bendix agrees that it did so. The complaint was originally filed as a class action but plaintiffs have dropped that claim and the parties have now agreed that this case only involves a claim...
