This is a medical malpractice action brought in the name of plaintiff Michael Perloff, ("Michael") a minor, by his mother, Sandra Perloff. The claim arises from alleged negligence on the part of defendant Symmes Hospital in Arlington, Massachusetts and two attending physicians employed by the hospital at the time of Michael's birth.
