GLICKSTEIN, Judge.

We commence our discussion of this case by pointing out that the trial judge did not have the benefit of the supreme court's decision in Doerr v. State, 383 So.2d 905 (Fla. 1980), at the time he rendered his decision. Instead, he relied on the then recently decided case of Fields v. State, 377 So.2d 223 (Fla. 1st DCA 1979). We reverse.
