CECELIA H. GOETZ, Bankruptcy Judge:

Robert C. and Madeline Wilhelm are seeking confirmation of a Chapter 13 plan they have jointly filed.1 Both the Federal National Mortgage Association ("Fanny Mae") and the Chapter 13 trustee question the ability of the debtors to make the payments called for by the plan.
