We are asked on this appeal to determine whether the trial court correctly decided the Rule 12(b)(6) motions in defendants' favor and correctly denied plaintiffs' motion to amend. The court dismissed seven of the claims of plaintiffs' complaint for failure to state a claim upon which relief can be granted.
