This matter comes before the Court upon the defendant's motion for summary judgment [Filing # 10].

The plaintiff brings this action under the Truth-in-Lending Act, 15 U.S.C. § 1601 et seq. and Regulation Z, 12 C.F.R. § 226, and more specifically 15 U.S.C. §§ 1602, 1638 and 1667 and 12 C.F.R. §§ 226.8(b) & (c). Jurisdiction is conferred without regard to the amount in controversy...
