In 1956, Ballantine, along with several other employers, entered into an Agreement and Declaration of Trust with the Brewery Workers Joint Local Executive Board of New Jersey (Teamsters Locals 843 and 153, hereinafter the Union) and the New Jersey Brewers Association....
