This is a suit to enforce a judgment lien obtained in a prior divorce property division, and to impose a resulting trust on the property securing the lien for the proportional appreciation in value of the property. The trial court awarded the plaintiff, Janet Day, foreclosure of the judgment lien, post judgment interest on the amount of the lien, and a judgment for the proportional share of the property's increased value from the time of the divorce...
