OPINION AND ORDER

SHADUR, District Judge.

Defendant Central Steel & Wire Co. ("Central") has moved in the alternative to dismiss the Amended Complaint1 filed by plaintiff George Badillo ("Badillo") or to strike various of the Amended Complaint's allegations. For the reasons stated in this opinion and order, Central's motion is granted in part and denied in part.
