Defendant was convicted of: (a) attempted murder in the first degree, § 30-28-1, N.M.S.A. 1978; (b) assault with intent to commit the violent felony of murder, § 30-3-3, N.M.S.A. 1978; and (c) conspiracy to commit murder, § 30-28-2, N.M.S.A. 1978.
