This cause is before the Court on Defendant Lynn Harthan Sanderson's Motion to Dismiss Count I of the Indictment filed on December 14, 1979. The indictment charges the defendant with violating the provisions of Title 18 U.S.C. § 371 in that she willfully and knowingly conspired with Charles D. Griggs and Frederick Allen Kirschwing to violate Title 18 U.S.C. §§ 472 and 473. Sanderson contends the government...
