In this case we are asked to reverse the defendant's conviction on two incest-related charges because the Lewis County grand jury that indicted him and the jury panel from which his trial jury was selected failed to contain the names of members of a local group known as "The Farm," and, further, because the proof showed that no members of The Farm had been included on the master jury list in Lewis County since 1975.
