This is a housing discrimination action for money damages and declaratory relief brought pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 1982 and 42 U.S.C. § 3604.

Plaintiffs are a black married couple who allege that defendants refused to rent to them on account of their race. Defendants in their answer denied the allegations and in addition stated a third party complaint against the Metropolitan Milwaukee Fair Housing...
