This is an appeal from a ruling of the Bankruptcy Court discharging a $95,000.00 judgment debt. The judgment creditor, or plaintiff, has appealed claiming the debt is not dischargeable under 11 U.S.C. Section 523(a)(6). Both plaintiff and defendant have briefed the issues.
