ROY BABITT, Bankruptcy Judge:

On October 17, 1979, an involuntary petition in bankruptcy was filed against Lucasa International Ltd. (Lucasa) under Section 303(a) of Chapter 3 of the Bankruptcy Reform Act of 1978 (Code).1 Thereafter, on November 13, 1979, an order for relief was entered pursuant to Section 303(h), and Harold Young became trustee.
