MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER
PETTINE, Chief Judge.
A complaint against Brown University and certain officers, alleging that they were engaged in employment discrimination based upon sex, in violation of Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, 42 U.S.C. § 2000e et seq., as amended, was resolved by a consent decree entered on September 12, 1977.
