HAYASHI, Chief Judge.

Appellant White appeals from a conviction for robbery in the first degree and manslaughter.

The only issue raised on this appeal is whether the trial court erred in its failure to conduct a hearing outside the presence of the jury to determine the voluntariness of the defendant's confession.
