OPINION AND ORDER

CHILSON, District Judge.

Plaintiff is an inmate of the Colorado State Penitentiary. Proceeding in forma pauperis, he filed this action pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 1983, alleging that the mail room officer, Mr. Turnbull, refused to deliver to him certain books which he had purchased and paid for on the grounds that they were "obscene material". Plaintiff asserts the refusal to deliver the books to him constitutes a violation of his rights...
