The Disciplinary Review Board having reported to this Court that STEWART GITLIN of Hasbrouck Heights was guilty of unethical conduct in that he misappropriated and misused clients' funds in violation of DR 1-102(A)(4)(5) and (6) and DR 9-102 and engaged in conflicts of interest in the representation of clients in violation of the spirit of DR 5-101(A) and DR 5-105(A), and the Board having recommended that said STEWART GITLIN be disbarred and that he be required...
