ORDER

The Disciplinary Review Board having filed a report recommending that ANTHONY J. CAVUTO of Mount Holly be publicly reprimanded for violations of DR 3-101(A) and DR 3-102(A) in that he shared legal fees with a nonattorney;

And The Disciplinary Review Board further recommending that respondent be required to reimburse the Administrative Office of the Courts for the cost of all stenographic transcripts, and good cause appearing;

It is ORDERED...
