HAIRE, Presiding Judge.

This appeal is from a judgment rendered in favor of a landlord in a forcible detainer action commenced in the justice court. It presents the question of whether the justice court acted properly in dismissing the tenant's counterclaims. If the counterclaims were not properly dismissed, the justice court was without jurisdiction because the total damages prayed for in the action exceeded the statutory jurisdictional amount limitation...
