On December 21, 1977, an indictment was returned by the Grand Jury for Prince George's County charging nine defendants with conspiracy to violate the Controlled Dangerous Substances Act of Maryland, conspiracy to distribute cocaine, conspiracy to possess cocaine with intent to distribute, and conspiracy to possess cocaine.
