The plaintiffs commenced this action pursuant to the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974 ("ERISA") § 502, 29 U.S.C. § 1132. Following a non-jury trial on the merits of the case, I entered judgment in favor of plaintiffs by my Findings of Fact, Conclusions of Law and Order dated January 29, 1980 and entered January 31 (hereinafter "Findings of Fact").
