Plaintiff, Barbara S. Wilson, filed this diversity action against her former husband seeking enforcement of a Texas state court judgment. The matter came on for trial without a jury on February 28, 1980. After giving the parties the opportunity to submit post trial briefs, the matter was taken under submission.
