In this appeal, petitioner/appellant Webb challenges the superior court commissioner's denial of his habeas corpus petition to regain physical custody of his minor son, the finding that he was an unfit parent and the awarding of legal custody of the child to the Department of Economic Security and physical custody to the child's maternal grandmother.
