The plaintiffs brought this action under the Age Discrimination in Employment Act of 1967 ("Act"), as amended, 29 U.S.C. §§ 621-634. The complaint alleges that each plaintiff was unlawfully discharged on account of his age, forming the basis of their respective charges of willful discrimination. Of the three plaintiffs, only Harvey Leff failed to file a timely charge with the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission...
