This is an action under Sections 205(g) and 1631(c)(3) of the Social Security Act as amended by Sections 405(g) and 1383(c)(3) to review a final decision of the Secretary of Health, Education and Welfare, insofar as that decision denied plaintiff's application for social security disability insurance and supplemental security benefits from the date of claimed onset, September 29, 1976, until September 30, 1977...
