Appellant, Leslie Rebecca Mariner, one of the defendants below, appeals from a judgment entered against her for damages arising out of an automobile accident in which she was operating one vehicle and Highway Patrolman Marsden was operating the other. At trial, appellant conceded liability and damages of approximately $3,000.00 for past medical expenses, lost wages, and damage to personal property.
