Winston Mills, Inc. (Winston or debtor) came to this court on May 22, 1978 by filing its petition seeking an arrangement under Chapter XI of the now-repealed 1898 Bankruptcy Act.1 Sections 301 et seq., 11 U.S.C. (1976 ed.) §§ 701 et seq. On that filing, the company became a debtor in possession able to exercise "all the powers of a trustee" under Section 342. As such...
