The trustee of the bankruptcy estate of National Auto Supply, Inc. [bankrupt], brings this action to set aside loan payments made by the bankrupt to the defendant United States National Bank of Omaha. The trustee alleges that these payments were fraudulent conveyances in violation of § 67(d)(2)(b) of the Bankruptcy Act.
