HATHAWAY, Chief Judge.

Appellant was found guilty by a jury of two counts of assault with a deadly weapon and was sentenced to not less than five nor more than 15 years on each count, the sentences to run concurrently. In Count I, appellant was charged with assaulting Josephine Lehman, his wife, and in Count II, assaulting Deborah Deacon, Mrs. Lehman's daughter. On appeal, appellant contends it was reversible...
