This matter is before the Court on appeal from a March 24, 1980 Order of the Bankruptcy Court authorizing abandonment of the debtors' 1977 Honda CVCC Wagon. The Order directed the trustee in bankruptcy to abandon the Honda to a secured creditor, First Union National Bank of North Carolina.
