Claimant was awarded compensation by a referee and the Workmen's Compensation Appeal Board (Board) under The Pennsylvania Workmen's Compensation Act (Act)1 for disability resulting from a work-related myocardial infarction. Jessop Steel Company (employer) appealed to this Court.
