These cases all present the problem of an "illusory" Chapter 13 plan. The debtors Adams list 60 creditors. They list a total of $45,374.17 as unsecured debt, but in addition to that dollar amount of debt the schedules list 10 creditors as to whose claim "any and all liability (is) denied." Three more creditors are listed with the amount owed being "unknown" and 26 more creditors are "listed as precaution...
