Memorandum Findings of Fact and Opinion

TANNENWALD, Judge:

Respondent determined a net deficiency of $1,965.341 in petitioner's income tax for the taxable year ended December 31, 1977, and an addition to tax of $98.27 under section 6653(a).2

Some of the facts have been stipulated and are found accordingly. Petitioner resided in Cincinnati, Ohio, at the time he filed his petition herein.
