Dawes, Incorporated (licensee) appeals from an order of the Court of Common Pleas of Philadelphia County, which affirmed the imposition of a $300 fine and revocation of licensee's Sunday liquor sales permit by the Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board (PLCB), on the ground that licensee had furnished false information to the PLCB regarding sales of food and beverages...
