The Debtors filed a petition for relief under Chapter 13 of the Bankruptcy Reform Act of 1978 (11 U.S.C.) on November 14, 1979. Also on that date the Debtors' proposed Chapter 13 plan was filed. Modified plans were filed on January 3, January 22 and the plan presently before the Court was filed on February 12, 1980. A hearing was held on the confirmation of the third modified plan on February 25...
