WETTICK, J., February 13, 1980.
This action arises out of an accident involving a school bus operated by plaintiff-wife and an automobile operated by defendant. At the time of the accident, plaintiff was operating the bus in the course of her employment with the Penn Hills School District and she has received workmen's compensation benefits under the Pennsylvania Workmen's Compensation Act of June 2, 1915, P.L 736, as amended, 77 P.S. §1 et seq.
