OPINION BY JUDGE WILKINSON, JR., June 20, 1980:

Petitioner, St. Joseph Hospital (employer), appeals an order of the Workmen's Compensation Appeal Board affirming a referee's decision granting claimant's petition to set aside a final receipt.1 We affirm.
