OPINION
HOWARD, Judge.
Appellant, charged with second-degree arson, arson with intent to defraud insurer and making a false insurance claim, was found guilty of making the false claim. He gives three reasons his conviction should be reversed: (1) The trial court erred in refusing certain instructions; (2) he was forced to appear at trial in prison clothing, and (3) prosecutorial misconduct.
