WILES, Judge:

Respondent determined a deficiency of $201,874.57 in petitioner's 1971 Federal income tax, and an addition to tax of $100,937.29 under section 6653(b).1 By way of amendment to his answer, respondent increased the deficiency to $567,195.24. After concessions,2 the only remaining issue for decision is whether petitioner is relieved of tax liability...
