This is an appeal by Michele Wincek (Claimant) from an order of the Unemployment Compensation Board of Review denying her benefits for the period from the week ending June 10, 1978 through the week ending July 22, 1978. The Board affirmed the Referee's determination that the claimant was not available for work during that period because of her pregnancy, and therefore was not eligible for benefits by force of Section...
