On November 15, 1978 the plaintiff received a judgment in the Circuit Court of the State of Oregon for Marion County in the amount of $6,000 together with interest thereon and costs and disbursements in the amount of $127.96. The plaintiff in his complaint in this case seeks an order of the court holding that the defendant's liability upon the judgment is not dischargeable under 11 U.S.C. § 523...
