This matter comes on to be heard at the request of Waccamaw Bank and Trust Company and North Carolina National Bank, both of whom are claiming priority to certain proceeds in the possession of the trustee as a result of the trustee's sale of a boat. After considering the evidence and hearing argument of counsel, the undersigned finds the facts to be as hereinafter set out.
