Plaintiff-appellee, Ohio Central Credit Union, Inc. (hereinafter OCCU), brought suit against defendant-appellant Hamfab Credit Union, Inc. (hereinafter Hamfab), and its liquidator to recover money which OCCU had loaned to Hamfab pursuant to open-end credit agreements.
