Plaintiff-respondent, Culbertson State Bank (Bank) brought this action to foreclose a real estate mortgage in the Richland County District Court. The District Court, sitting without a jury, entered judgment in favor of the Bank and a decree of foreclosure, and Harold and Geneva Dahl appealed.
